The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout match which will be shown in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Former two time world title holder Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to break his face and break his body up. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
Despite these statements, a calm Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually recognized for his dramatics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead criticized former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "a joke" after Ngannou turned down a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, criticized British rival Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Fighter
Despite saying he intends to punish Paul, Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
Still, the relative newcomer continues to be one of boxing's greatest commercial attractions, consistently making substantial earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old forecast a KO victory in round four or five and asserted he would prevent the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As the two fighters engaged in the usual stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it emphasized just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is truly going ahead.
